Subway - 3402 S Dale Mabry Hwy in Tampa, Florida

Last week, The Joy of my life took a 13-year-old there and ordered the kids meal. Afterward, the cashier questioned the teen on what size bread. She said "oh, half I guess". Joy said "No, you're getting a kids meal." When the food was presented Joy said "that's not my order". She said "I ordered a kid's meal". He said "but the young....lady s
aid..." Joy interjected "Wait! It doesn't matter what the young lady said. I'm the adult and I'm the one who placed the order. I ordered a kids meal, and there should also be a drink with it. Please remake the sandwich for the kid's meal". He said "no!" "Then cut THIS sandwich in half." "No! he said again. She said "Then I'm not paying for it!" "Fine!" he said. "I'd like to speak with your manager." This girl then came over and said "I'm the manager". Joy started to explain, the girl said "I was standing here, I know what happened and we're not remaking the sandwich". "Fine let me have the number of YOUR manager". The girl again say's "I'm the manager!" Joy said "I want the number of the manager OVER you or number of the owner. A number was given, Joy left a message starting out "I hope this is the legitimate number for the Subway manager's supervisor". Then she voiced her complaint and also requested a callback by the next day. It's been three days - No call. If no call Monday she will be revisiting the store this week and it's not likely to be pretty...ESPECIALLY if it was a false number that was given.

I personally see no reason to visit this Subway store since there's another at 1155 S. Dale Mabry and another one at 5502 S Dale Mabry where they probably don't have the obvious hiring, training or competency issues.

and roadhouse and quiznos is much better and publix rocks
